The IB Difference

A disused builders yard was demolished ready for the construction of four buildings for a care provider, including a residential care home, a block of flats and two bungalows.

The compact site meant that the building had to be built in sequence, working from the rear of the development out. This gave the opportunity for lateral thinking regarding construction methods and use of cranes to lift over some of the other buildings.

Our skilled tradesmen also worked around service users at the care provider, who require additional support for their everyday lives. We ensured that each user was aware of who we are, what we were doing and how long each task would take.
